Returns

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is to always exceed our customers’ expectations but it is important that you be mindful of our return policies.

Furniture

​

  • Accent pieces that are from inventory may be returned within 15 days of purchase with management approval. Restocking fees may apply.

  • Furniture that has been delivered or taken to your home cannot be returned. Please take the time to fully inspect your furniture to ensure it is free of damage or defects.

  • Items that are ordered are subject to a 20% to 50% non-refundable deposit.

  • Mattresses can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery on management’s approval if they were purchased with a mattress cover. Pick up charges apply.

 

Flooring

​

  • Wood and laminate surplus products that you purchased from our inventory can be returned within 60 days of delivery if the box or products are unopened (excludes special orders). Product must still be available for sale at our store when returned.  Special orders require 20%- 50% deposit (varies with products). 

  • Discontinued and clearance/as is products are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • We are unable to take back any merchandise that was special ordered for you.

 

Paint

​

  • Products that are pre-tinted can be returned within 15 days of purchase. The product must not be opened or tested.

  • Products that are custom tinted in store cannot be returned.

  • Paint accessories can be returned within 15 days of purchase if they are in their original packaging and have not been used.

 

Window coverings

​

  • Curtains, panels and accessories can be returned within 15 days if they are in their original packaging. They must be odor free.

  • Any products that have been cut or special ordered cannot be returned. 50% non refundable deposit is required at time of order.

 

Ceiling lamps and sconces

​

  • These products cannot be returned if they have been installed. A 15 day return policy is in place. A 20% restocking fee is applicable. 

​

Special Orders

​

  • Products that have been ordered for you cannot be cancelled or returned due to delivery delays  beyond our control.
