Delivery Policy


  • All products must be paid in full at time of delivery.

  • Special orders may take  8 – 12 weeks  for arrival.

  • We will contact you ahead of time to make arrangements.

  •  An adult  must be present at time of delivery.

  •  For insurance purposes our team cannot remove their boots please take necessary precautions to protect your floor.

  • We cannot move or take back furniture that is currently in your home.

  • You must provide a clear path from point of entry to where your furniture will be placed.

  • Measure to make sure furniture can reach its destination in your home.

  • If furniture must be returned due to inaccessibility issues restocking fees may apply.      

  • If unusual or difficult delivery conditions are encountered, you will be advised of the risk occurring.

  • You will have the option of signing a damage waiver or having the merchandise returned to the store and selecting other products.

  • When we deliver wood to your home your ambient humidity must be between 35% and 45%. You must not have more than 3% variance between the humidity in your sub floor and your hard wood. The boxes for your wood should be opened at each end to allow your would to acclimatize. We cannot leave wood in your garage unless it is heated and free of excessive humidity.
